We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability and arrange a booking with you. Submitting the form does not confirm a booking and does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Website photographs and maps
Temporary website photographs are stored with the theme until replaced. The contact page embeds a Google map; loading that map may send standard browser and network information to Google. The map is separate from the enquiry and pre-booking forms.
Storage and delivery
Enquiries are stored privately in our WordPress website and sent to our configured notification email. Our website hosting and email service providers process information as part of providing these services. Access to enquiry records in this website is restricted to administrators.
Spam protection
The form uses security tokens, an empty-field check and temporary rate limits. A non-reversible, salted identifier derived from your network address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. This form does not add advertising trackers.
Your information
You can ask us about an enquiry you have sent, request a correction or request deletion. Reply to our enquiry response, or use the enquiry form and state that your message is a privacy request.
We review enquiry records and delete information when it is no longer needed, subject to any record-keeping requirements that apply.
