Call 0490 184 090Booking, pricing and timing
Are you operating now?
Yes. The current operating allocation is full and a new fleet is arriving. This website accepts pre-booking requests for new-fleet departures from 13 November 2026.
Which days can I request?
For the three scheduled tours, choose Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Queensland state-wide public holidays from 13 November 2026. Select Bespoke to request any future day, including weekdays. Closed dates and full departures remain unavailable. We call to confirm every request.
What times do tours start?
Standard departure choices are 9:30 am and 1:30 pm. Your confirmed arrival time will be earlier so there is enough time for check-in, equipment fitting and the safety briefing.
Does the form confirm my booking?
No. It provisionally holds the requested capacity and reduces the availability shown online. We then call to confirm the tour, rider setup, suitability, final route, price and payment.
Do I pay online?
No payment is taken through the pre-booking form. Payment details and booking conditions are provided after the confirmation call.
How many places are available?
Each standard departure initially has ten guest places. Pending and confirmed requests keep those places held until the request is cancelled or released by the operator.
Can I book on a public holiday?
Yes when the public holiday appears as available in the calendar. Any holiday pricing variation will be disclosed before the booking becomes final.
What if my preferred departure is full?
Choose another live time, request a private experience or call us. The calendar only accepts a request when enough provisional capacity remains.
How much do the tours cost?
The tour pages show a per-ski price and, where two eligible guests share, a per-person twin-share price. The private Coast & Lunch experience is priced for the whole group.
Are there additional costs?
The advertised guided-tour price is intended to include the guide, required tour equipment and free action photos. Lunch is included only where stated. Any surcharge, optional extra or changed inclusion must be explained before confirmation.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Call as soon as possible. A pre-booking is not final until confirmed, but the requested capacity stays held online until the operator changes or cancels it.
How long should I allow?
Ride time is shown separately from total visit time. Allow extra time for check-in, briefing, equipment fitting, harbour transit and the return process.
Riders, licences and suitability
Do I need jet ski experience?
Not necessarily for the guided experiences. First-time guests receive a practical briefing and should choose a tour suited to their confidence and fitness.
Do I need a PWC licence?
Licence requirements depend on the final approved operating model, supervision and product selected. Tell us your licence status in the form and we will confirm what applies before payment. Rental or unescorted hire has stricter requirements.
Can two people ride one ski?
Yes on shared-ski tours when the driver, passenger, combined load and delivered ski model are suitable. One person drives and one sits behind as passenger.
How does twin-share pricing work?
The per-person twin-share amount is half the per-ski price when two eligible guests share one ski.
Can I ride solo?
Yes, subject to availability and suitability. Solo guests pay the per-ski price unless a different private proposal is supplied.
Are the tours suitable for families?
Family requests are welcome. Include every child’s age, height and relevant needs so the operator can confirm whether they may drive, travel as passenger or should choose a different experience.
What are the minimum ages?
Final driver and passenger ages will be published after the fleet and commercial operating arrangements are signed off. Ages are confirmed during the pre-booking call before payment.
Is there a maximum combined weight?
The safe load depends on the exact delivered ski model, seating arrangement and conditions. The operator will confirm limits privately before the booking is final.
Do I need to be able to swim?
Guests should be comfortable in deep water and able to follow reboarding instructions. Tell us about limited swimming confidence before booking so suitability can be assessed.
Can pregnant guests ride?
Jet ski riding involves impact and sudden movement. Pregnant guests and anyone with a relevant medical condition should obtain medical advice and disclose it before booking; participation may be declined for safety.
What fitness level is required?
The Bay Blast is intended to be the easiest introduction. Longer coastal tours require more endurance and confidence because sea conditions can be physically demanding.
Can the operator refuse a rider?
Yes. The guide may refuse or stop participation where age, understanding, health, behaviour, intoxication, equipment fit, conditions or other safety concerns make the activity unsuitable.
What to wear, bring and expect
What should I wear?
Wear swimwear or quick-dry clothing and sun protection. Secure sunglasses can be useful. Extra layers may be recommended for wind or cooler conditions.
What should I bring?
Bring photo identification, any requested licence details, sun protection, drinking water and required medication disclosed to the operator. Keep loose valuables to a minimum.
What safety equipment is supplied?
Correctly fitted personal flotation equipment and any additional equipment required by the vessel, conditions and safety management system will be supplied. Exact inclusions are confirmed before departure.
Is riding apparel included?
Required safety equipment is included. Optional apparel such as thermal tops, eyewear or spray protection will be listed once the final fleet and operating kit are commissioned.
Where do I leave valuables?
Leave unnecessary valuables at your accommodation or use the storage arrangement identified at check-in. Loose phones, keys and jewellery should not be carried on the ski.
Are photos included?
Yes. Free action photos are included on every tour, subject to camera operation and conditions. Delivery instructions are provided after the ride.
Is food included?
Lunch is included on the Signature Coast & Lunch experience. Food is not included on the three standard tours unless a later package says otherwise.
Are drinks included?
Bring a water bottle unless your confirmation states that water will be supplied. Alcohol is not permitted before or during the ride.
Are there toilets or change facilities?
Nearby facilities and the exact check-in arrangement will be identified in the confirmation. Arrive dressed to ride where practical.
Is transport from my accommodation included?
No courtesy pickup is currently advertised. Guests should make their own way to the confirmed Mooloolaba Marina meeting point unless a private proposal expressly includes transport.
What else is included in the experience?
The guided coastal ride, safety briefing, required tour equipment and free photos are the core inclusions. Wildlife may be seen, but encounters and other activities are never guaranteed.
Routes, speed, weather and wildlife
Where do tours leave from?
The proposed meeting and departure point is Mooloolaba Marina, 33–45 Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba. The confirmation provides the exact check-in point.
Where will we ride?
Tour pages show proposed routes from Mooloolaba Marina into Mooloolaba Bay and along the Sunshine Coast. The guide chooses the final route for permits, traffic, weather, tide, sea state and guest confidence.
Why is part of the tour slow?
Mooloolah River downstream of McKenzies Bridge and Mooloolaba Boat Harbour are 6-knot areas. The tour concepts are designed to keep restricted-speed travel to no more than 30 minutes in total.
How fast will we go?
The guide controls the pace. Speed depends on the product, location, group, visibility, sea state, separation distances and legal limits. It is not an unrestricted ride or race.
Are the tours guided the whole time?
Yes for the advertised guided tours. Hire and rental requests are assessed separately and are not automatically approved as unescorted use.
What happens in bad weather?
The operator may delay, change, shorten, reschedule or cancel a tour. Confirmed guests are contacted using the phone and email supplied during booking.
Can the route change after I book?
Yes. The route maps are concepts, not guaranteed tracks or navigational charts. Safety, approvals and navigation requirements take priority.
Will we see turtles, dolphins or whales?
Marine wildlife may be seen but is never guaranteed. Animals are not chased, crowded or used as a reason to leave the guide’s approved route.
How large are the groups?
Standard departures initially allow ten guest places. The number of skis depends on how many guests share. The Signature Coast & Lunch experience is private and limited to four guests.
What happens if the harbour entrance is unsafe?
The guide may keep the group in a safer area, use an alternative approved plan, delay the start or cancel. A coastal route is never prioritised over safe navigation.
Accessibility and communication
Can you support accessibility needs?
Requests are assessed individually. Explain mobility, communication, sensory, support-person or medical needs in the form and the operator will discuss a safe, dignified option.
Can a person who is blind or has low vision join?
A passenger arrangement with an appropriate support person may be possible. Driving requires adequate vision and situational awareness. Suitability must be assessed before confirmation.
Can a person who is deaf or hard of hearing join?
Potentially. The team can discuss written, visual or one-to-one briefing support, but every rider must be able to receive and act on urgent guide instructions throughout the tour.
Can someone with limited mobility join?
Possibly, depending on transfer ability, seated balance, grip, reboarding capability, marina access and support available. Contact us before selecting a tour.
Can a wheelchair or mobility scooter user join?
Marina access, safe transfer to the ski and the ability to recover from the water must be assessed. The operator will discuss the person’s needs and available support privately.
Can you support cognitive disability or autism?
Yes, requests can be discussed in advance. A private tour, additional familiarisation, a support person or a quieter briefing may be recommended where safe and practical.
Can you support sensory needs?
Jet skis involve engine noise, wind, water spray, movement and busy marina activity. Tell us what helps. A smaller private experience or adjusted briefing may be the best option.
Do I need to understand English?
Every driver must understand the safety briefing, guide signals and urgent instructions. Contact us before booking if an interpreter or another communication support may be needed.
Can dietary needs be accommodated for the lunch tour?
Include allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences in the request. The lunch venue and menu are only confirmed after the operator verifies a safe suitable option.
Have staff completed disability awareness training?
The website does not claim specific training or accreditation until it is verified. Ask during the confirmation call so the operator can explain current staff capability and support arrangements.
Private tours, groups and hire
Can I arrange a bespoke guided tour?
Yes. Send a private guided request with your date, group, occasion and ideal duration. A proposal will be built around safe and permitted operations.
What is the Signature Coast & Lunch tour?
It is a private experience for up to four guests sharing two skis, with two hours of riding, an included waterside lunch and a guided return to Mooloolaba Marina.
Can groups or corporate teams book?
Yes. Include the number of guests, preferred date, purpose, rider mix, catering and accessibility needs. Larger groups may require multiple departures or a tailored operating plan.
Can you help with proposals, birthdays or anniversaries?
Yes. Explain the surprise privately or call. Timing, photography, privacy and catering can be discussed without compromising the safety briefing or guide requirements.
Can I rent a ski without a guide?
Unescorted rental is not automatically offered. Licences, commercial-use permissions, hire-and-drive rules, operating area, insurance and fleet availability must all be confirmed first.
Can experienced riders request a faster tour?
Experience can be considered when choosing the product and group, but the guide still controls the legal speed, route, spacing and pace. No tour is sold as racing or unrestricted use.
Can private tours run outside the normal calendar?
Alternative timing can be requested, but it remains subject to staff, daylight, weather, approvals, marina access and the operator’s safety management system.
Fleet, standards and credentials
What jet skis will we ride?
The incoming fleet is planned around new premium 1500-class touring personal watercraft comparable to modern Sea-Doo luxury models. Exact makes and variants will be published after delivery and commissioning.
How many jet skis are in the fleet?
The final number has not been published. The booking system initially manages ten guest places per standard departure, not a promise of a particular number of skis.
Can I choose a particular ski?
Requests can be noted, but the guide assigns skis and rider combinations to balance load, suitability, confidence and group safety.
Do you hold tourism or safety accreditations?
No accreditation is claimed on this website until the operator provides current evidence. Verified licences, commercial vessel arrangements and accreditations can be added before final launch.
Has the business won awards?
No awards are claimed for this new Mooloolaba operation. Genuine achievements can be added later with dates and supporting evidence.
